The aluminum pigment seals in the natural oils of the asphalt keeping the asphalt pliant and roof watertight. Cool Coat Aluminum provides an excellent value, blending a high percent of aluminum with durable asphalt assuring a longer roof life, heat reflectivity and subsequent savings on roof maintenance.
