A heavy bodied asphalt coating blended with solvents and fortified with fibers. Forms a tough but elastic film upon curing for exceptional dampproofing of below grade foundations. Excellent for masonry, cement block, concrete and brick foundations.

Available in 55 gallon drums, 5 gallon pails, and 1 gallon cans.
