A black, pure petroleum asphalt formulated to provide waterproofing and rejuvenation of roofs. The self-healing asphalt base allows this coating to seal small cracks, joints, seams, and nail holes. The coating also penetrates, resaturates and revitalizes dry but sound roofing felts while its elastic film prevents underlying roofing felts from becoming brittle and cracking. The end result is a weather proof surface that will extend the life of a roof.
