A waterbase, 2-in-1 hybrid sealer that uniquely both penetrates and seals. Product will increase water repellency, block micro-organism growth, and seal any chips or scratches. This product will not change colors or efflorescence over time.

USES: Seal and protect all concrete, masonry, and stone materials from weathering, abrasion, and salt corrosion.

EXTERIOR - Horizontal and vertical concrete, asphalt, clay and calcium silicate brick, natural stone, granite, marble, terracotta, and plaster.

INTERIOR- Concrete, granite, and marble floors; mantles and countertops; garage/basement floors.
