A heavy bodied roof cement uniquely formulated to adhere to wet or dry surfaces. This trowel grade product is excellent for emergency repairs where immediate repairs are required on damp or wet surfaces. Its asphalt base allows the cement to remain soft and pliable while forming a tight waterproof bond that expands and contracts with the weather.
